Reporting Issues Made Easier

Accurate Locations
South Staffs Council has added what3words to their Report It forms to help residents report and find precise locations easily.
Exact locations can be hard to describe, especially for places without a street address, such as fields and long country lanes. That’s why they’ve added what3words to their Report It Online Forms, so you can easily share the exact location of any issues you encounter around the district.
what3words is a simple way to identify precise locations. Every 3 metre square in the world has been given a unique combination of three words. For example, the exact location of front entrance of the Community Hub in Codsall can be found at [///basket.voice.jungle]
what3words addresses are as accurate as GPS co-ordinates, but easier to communicate and share. It’s the simplest way to communicate a precise location to the District Council. Learn more about how it works here: https://bit.ly/2zOA46a
