💼 Site Manager – Wombourne Civic Centre
📍 £17.00/hour – £33,592 per year (based on average of 38 hrs/week) | Permanent

Are you practical, reliable and ready to take the lead in keeping Wombourne’s busiest community venue running smoothly?
We’re looking for a Site Manager to join the Parish Council team and take charge of the day-to-day operations at Wombourne Civic Centre – a hub for everything from fitness classes and community events to private parties and public meetings.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys supporting the local community.
🔧 Your main tasks will include:
✅ Supervising the site team (Deputy Site Manager, Site Facilitator & Cleaners)
✅ Managing room setups, site security, basic repairs and maintenance
✅ Booking and overseeing PAT testing, fire alarm servicing and compliance checks
✅ Assisting hirers and ensuring events run smoothly
✅ Providing cover for visitors to the Centre and venue tours
✅ Being a friendly, professional point of contact on site
🕒 Average of 38 hours per week across a 4-week shift pattern, including evenings & weekends
🚗 You should ideally live within 15–20 minutes of the Civic Centre and hold a Full UK Driving Licence
🛠️ Full training, uniform, pension and 21 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays)
