Nominations are now closed, but we are very grateful to everyone who has written in to shout out our community heroes.
Nominations are now closed, but we are very grateful to everyone who has written in to shout out our community heroes.The Parish Council will review every nomination at next month’s meeting and present the winner with a shield at the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council in May.
In the meantime, we thought you might like to see who our winners have been from past years. Their great work with the following was why they were chosen: High Flyers, Dementia Singing Friends, Scouts, Girl Guides, Guides Dogs for the Blind, Carnival Committee, Volunteer Bureau, Community Association, Crime Prevention, Youth Work, St. John’s Ambulance, BKV and other various charity organisations.
We have so many wonderful people in Wombourne!
