Please note that no other outside caterers will be allowed onto the premises or
the car park and that hot food is only permitted through our official caterers.
Self-Catering
Our fantastic facilities mean it is possible for you to cold self-cater for your function.
We have a large catering fridge where food can be stored throughout the day.
Bar Service
Wombourne Civic Centre is a licensed premises, so all drinks must be purchased through the on-site bar, which is managed by Plyvine Limited.
If there’s anything special you would like for your function, such as welcome drinks or some local ale, please get in touch with Plyvine on (01384) 263178, who will be happy to help you.

You are able to decorate the venue yourself or bring in another external provider to do this for you, however, you would need to ensure that our terms and conditions* are adhered to at all times (for example, all decorations must be removed at the end of the function and nothing can be left in the room overnight).
Please note that square tables and chairs come as standard in the room hire cost.
Round tables are available to hire at an additional cost and come with white or black linen as standard.
