Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) is seeking your feedback on plans to reform how bus services are run.

These proposed changes could give councils more control over:
✅ Bus routes and timetables
✅ Fare structures and affordability
✅ Service quality and reliability

These reforms aim to create a more accessible, sustainable, and community-focused transport system.

📅 Consultation closes on Sunday, 30th March 2025.

📆 Drop-in Event: Tomorrow at The Mander Centre, Wolverhampton, 10 AM – 2 PM, with more events happening across the region until the end of March.

About the consultation:
You can choose between two surveys:

  • Short survey: 9 questions, ideal for bus users and the general public. Use the Executive Summary for guidance.
  • Long survey: 43 questions, recommended for statutory consultees like bus operators or local authorities. Use the full consultation document for support.
