Poolhouse Play Area Refurbishment

We’re thrilled to announce that we have successfully secured £56,600 in funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to go towards the refurbishment of Poolhouse Play Area.
This much-needed upgrade will bring new play equipment designed for younger children, ensuring that
the play area caters to a wider age range than it currently does.
In addition, the refurbishment will include safety fencing around the main play area, offering parents
peace of mind while their children enjoy the new facilities.
The new equipment and improvements are expected to have a lasting, positive impact on our community. The redesigned space will provide access to a safe, modern and engaging play environment that promotes both mental and physical wellbeing. Through outdoor play and social interaction, children will benefit from enhanced emotional development and improved physical health and fitness.
We are grateful to the RC Midlands Region for National Lottery Funding for making this project possible. The project is set to begin in the near future and we look forward to sharing updates throughout the life of the project.
